Our Screening Process

At Capital City Staffing we know how critical the hiring process is to a company. Every person hired contributes to the success or failure of a company. That is why at Capital City Staffing we go beyond the initial steps of staffing to prepare employees for success by providing extensive Pre-Employment screening services. We take this process very seriously because we know how important it is.

Below are some services we offer:

1) Drug Testing – We offer clients pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing (where allowed) and post-accident drug testing. We can administer an instant drug test on site at our facility or send the candidate out to a lab. The lab results can take up to 48 hours. All post-accident drug tests need to be administered with-in 24 hours of the accident.

2) Background Checks – We offer clients a thorough pre-employment criminal background checks for all of our employees. Results are instant and easy to read and understand.

3) Reference Checks – Capital City Staffing checks all personal references before any employee is placed on a job.

4) Skills Testing – A pre-employment math, measurement and skills test are administered for each candidate.

5) Personally Interviewed – All Candidates are personally interviewed by a trained Capital City Staffing Representative. An application is administered for each candidate to gain a better understanding of the individual’s skills so we can place each candidate on their perfect-fit job and also find the perfect-fit candidate for each client.
